The housing are divided into two buildings. There are 135 one-room apartments with their own kitchenette, 22 two-room apartments and 5 three-room apartments.

All forms of housing have a 12-month rent. The most common one of 23.5 sqm will cost aproximatley SEK 4,500 / month. The two-room apartment are around SEK 6800 / month and the three are around SEK 8900 / month. A complete compilation of all floor plans can be found here on the website

For the first two years after the construction is completed, the foundation offers the fee for electricity, heating and internet.

Yes, the one-room apartments have a small kitchenette with fridge with freezer compartment, oven, sink and pantry. The apartments have a larger kitchen with more fridge and freezer storage and also a dishwasher

Of all the apartments, about 140 have a Spanish balcony

Yes, one elevator per building

A total of four common rooms, two per building, are shared between the corridors.

There are two laundry rooms, with self-feeding detergent. Per laundry room there are four washing machines, two tumble dryers and two drying cabinets. The laundry rooms will have digital booking systems.

There is a dishwasher in the two-room and the three-room apartments

There are bicycle stands around the nation.

We are currently looking at how many parking spaces we will have

The courtyard will be similar to old Blekingska, with a barbecue and benches. A new oak tree will also be planted!

We have an agreement with Sydantenn. The broadband speed is 100/100 Mbit/s

Ica Tuna, about 500m walking distance and Willys Kämnärs about 1.4 km walking distance
